Li'l sister

My sister is one month old! When she's awake, she does a great job in entertaining us. She likes to pretend to talk to me on the telephone. She likes to admire A-ma's beauty.

She likes to ponder the great whys in life. She even takes some time out in the day to enjoy the sunshine (and help her body get rid of the bilirubin that makes her jaundiced). Some of the time (thankfully), she's just content to sit back, relax and enjoy our company.

A-gong took excellent care of Ginger. While... I met some new friends, painted a ceramic cat, Wasabi ate a lollipop,

I finished painting my cat,

...Ginger was still sleeping soundly under the expert care of A-gong.

We didn't bring home a pet this time...maybe in a couple of years...

We took our grandparents, uncle, auntie and cousin to a taste of Village du pere Noel, a Christmas party in the summer.

First Day of School

It's the first day of school - the beginning of the next thirteen years of formal education. As you can see my daddy is very proud of me and I haven't even done anything yet! Actually, I think he was more excited about school than I was...

I am careful to follow the dress code of my school and I'm ready to go!


Right on time for the 8:00 am start!

See you when school's out at 2:25pm. Don't miss me too much little bro and sis. I'll be home before you know it!
