Shoot for the moon

Uncle Yankee Americana took us to our rocket launching pad. We rode in our "Heartly" Davidson's.
Wasabi was up first and ready to launch.
"Five, four, three, two, one... here goes the little man. "

Wow... he has gone to space...

WOW.... and Sushi has landed on the moon!!

After returning from our trip in space, we shared some earthly sausa and chips. Nice to party with uncle Yankee.

The Big Race

So wonderful to have the park to ourselves...

Wasabi fills up on protein before the big race.
"All the best to you Wasabi but we've been training long and hard. "
Sushi and Cashew put forth their best efforts...but the twin boys are at their heels...

...and the winner is...Bravo!

What a wonderful morning/afternoon in the park!

What not to do

Toddlers should not ride on bicycles without helmets...

or proper baby seats.

Toddlers should not be sent to the neighbor's motor home to serve their time out....

it's just too much fun.

Little brothers should not get into the habit of wearing their sister's dresses!

Joy!

Why are we jumping for joy?

This is Wasabi's face after a five hour nap!

Let's hope that sick days are behind us for now... Thanks to God for renewed health!
Thanks for power praying daddy. We love you!

Back Again

I had so much fun last week that I decided to bring Wasabi and Pushi. After all, we girls shouldn't have all the fun.

It proved to be a wonderful outing for us as we breathed in the fresh air, and enjoyed the tranquillity of the great outdoors.

Next time we'll have to make sure our friends the Showerheads, Alpha and Bravo can make it too!

Watershed Creek Fish Release

Come on Ama, the salmon fry are waiting for us...

Why, thank you. This stick will come in handy, I'm sure.

Here are the little fishies. Time to release them into the creek. Too bad only 5% of them will make it to the ocean...

Here is my fish impersonation and the fish that I get to take home.

Just checking the depth of the water before I attempt to cross on this log.

Lead me home with the stick Ama. The walk back to our car seemed much longer than the way there...being in the great outdoors sure tires me out!

Lily Point Marine Reserve

To make our trip to get gas at Point Roberts even more worth it, we decided to see what else this US city has to offer.

Wasabi did very well hiking the trails.

He took on the role of our tour guide and enthusiastically pointed out the various types of trees and birds.

Sushi was very patient as he talked on and on, acting like he knew everything.

We all managed to keep up with our leader.
"That's enough Wasabi, I'm taking over!"
"Go ahead sista! Let's see what you got!"
"Over here, we can look for sea snails and clams."

"Oh ya? I think we should take a moment to take in the fresh ocean air."

"Enough you two, check out this cool rock. What do you think it looks like?"

It's always a party...

Partying at the Showerhead's is so much fun!

Am I cool or what?

Thanks for allowing us to come over uninvited Auntie Showerhead!

Does this wagon have a weight limit? We've got over 90 pounds of precious cargo!

The more the merrier!
"Okay....photo session is over...let's get out of here!"

Visitor

Uncle Fly Lice is here for the weekend!
No trip to Vancouver is complete without some all-you-can-eat sushi.

Since Wasabi ate a little too much, I brought him to the park to walk some food off.

I'm blue!

I wonder if this plane will take me to Montreal...we miss you daddy!
